For many of us, our photographs are our most valued possessions. They capture life’s most memorable moments, and they help us to hold on to our loved ones that have moved far away or have passed on.

Pet owners can now commemorate their pets in 3D! Pet Prints 3D is an up and coming company specializing in 3D statues of your pet!

Using a special blend of sandstone and gypsum, Pet Prints 3D uses photos of your pet to create a 3D model that you can display in your home or office. The best part is that these 3D models are 100% customizable. That is, they look exactly like your pet, not just a general sculpture of the breed. If your dog has a signature coloured spot on its fur, cocks his or her head in a cute way, or always lies on its back in a funny position Pet Prints 3D can capture that!

The process is fairly simple. They ask you to take a few photos of your pet from various angles and send them in (But if your pet has already passed away, don’t worry! They will take any photos that you do have and do their best to work from those!)

3D models come in a couple sizes (Standard & Medium), and can be customized so that your pup is in any position you’d like (laying down, standing up, on its back, etc.)

Prices range from $250 to $750, but if you purchase multiples there is a decrease in price.

I think this is a great way to celebrate your pet, and something you can treasure for years to come! Unlike photos that can easily be lost, damaged or fade, this 3D statue will make the perfect addition to your home or office space and will be sure to put a smile on your face every time you look at it!
